Kristie was wonderful from start to finish! We just moved here (Novato) from Sacramento, and looking for a home to buy was a challenging process given the distance. Kristie tailored the listings she sent us based on what we required and the aesthetic we were after. She kept the listings in our budget range and guided us through individual areas and neighborhoods. Once we made the decision to put in an offer, her expertise was apparent. Also, she personally knew the sellers' Realtors and had excellent working relationships with all the involved parties, including referring us to a wonderful mortgage broker. Working with Kristie on the sale of our condo was a great experience. We expressed that we'd like to sell soon with minimal hassle, and she really came through for us. After she explained options for updating our unit for sale, we opted for a "freshen up". She coordinated the updates with contractors she's worked with, so our unit was on the market and staged in five weeks at a very reasonable cost. After one weekend open house, we received two offers, one all cash after only three days on the market. She negotiated very favorable terms for us, again saving us expenses. Questions about disclosure and sale documents were addressed quickly and thoroughly. We were pleased that most of the paperwork was handled online, and the Title company visit was only 15 minutes. We're very pleased with the great outcome with minimal effort on our part. The whole process was six weeks from condo vacancy to funds in our bank account.
